Relaxed freediving practice on a line underwater
Relaxed line practice, calm body, calm breath.

One pathway, three clear levels.

1

AIDA 1: Introduction

Start with relaxation, finning, duck dives, and equalization. No previous freediving certification or performance target is required.

2

AIDA 2: Freediver

Build the complete recreational foundation across theory, confined water, open water, safety, and rescue skills.

3

AIDA 3: Advanced Freediver

Develop freefall, Frenzel equalization, training tables, deeper safety knowledge, and more refined technique.

Find the level that fits you.

Each level adds technique, knowledge, and safety responsibility. Performance numbers are certification standards taught and assessed during the course, not a reason to train alone before joining.
